Long time customer, needed service, paid engineer by check on the day, August 13. Check cleared our bank on August 30, ADT are still billing us saying account is past due. Many phone calls, they say they are investigating whose account was credited in error. My argument is my account is clear, where it went in error is ADT's problem. Customer service??? Repr. Told me today ADT is a huge company and their policy is to make customer wait for investigation. Three months have passed since they took our money! Incompetents and liars too.
