Changed contract without notice to Me during a new phone purchase. Fraud, dirty business practices Internet

During a replacement cell phone purchase the original contract was changed to "drop" unlimited internet access. The only reason we went with Verizon in the first place was for the unlimited internet access. During the replacement phone purchase not one employee told us that we would lose the unlimited internet option. Not till we recieved a huge bill for "overage" did we find out what had been done to us. Contacted customer service with the problem, they refunded the additional money that was spend going over the limit for the internet.

I guess they felt that was the least they could do considering they defrauded us and changed our contract without telling us. I've got 6 lines with this company and been with them for 10 years or better and I'm pretty upset about what was done to us. I consider it dirty and possibly even fraudulent.

Beware people, if this happened to me, it will happen to you when you go get a new phone. They are trying to get people out of the unlimited internet contract without telling you about it!

Now I will look for another company to spend 700 hundred a month with.
