I started school fall of 2008 in which I had to buy a laptop and wireless internet. I, being a verizon cell phone carrier already, agreed to their wireless internet connection. I was told by the representative that it was 59.99 per month for unlimited usuage. That is NOT so!!! I got a bill for 600.00!!!
They charged me. 25 per mb over 5,000mb usuage!!! Well not knowing this sometimes when i would research material for my paper and do my math homework (which is online) I would leave it on to take a break as most people do! I contacted them 5 days ago and I am still in limbo! There has not been any soulution, resolution, or anything made by Verizon. They sent me an email, 3 days after I reported the problem, requesting me to rewrite the email and send it again! Do NOT get the Verizon Wireless Internet and NEVER trus them when they say unlimited usuage!!!
