This company is dishonest. I turned in a rental application to the office and was promised a call back within 48 hours. I never once received a call from the office. Every time I called I would get the response that they were working on it and they would call me before the end of the day. I am now on day 7. I went to the office and took back my deposit. I am now still without a home and back to square one. If you plan on actually renting a home instead of wanting a bank to hold your money indefinitely, I would seriously consider another realtor. They even refused to call my realtor back who is also Coldwell Banker.
