AHS was notified 30 September that the GE range covered under our contract was not working.
Their contractor, SEARS (VA) NCC, scheduled a visit 5 October.
The technician inspected the unit, determined there were no repair parts; too old. It needed replacement, and I was told that I would be contacted ".. Monday or Tuesday..", It is now Thursday evening, having spent a couple of hours on the phone with Sears and AHS with no joy.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
Previous transactiions with AHS have been satisfactory.
