I received a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas 2010.included was a certificate for getting two free boxes of coffee pods with the purchase of 2 boxes. Fast forward to last month, almost two years later. I find the old email and decide to go ahead and use the coupon since there was no expiration. I went online and attempted to order and the system told me the coupon had been used. I emailed customer service and about two weeks later, I received an email reply and a new coupon code, only this coupon was for two free boxes of pods (including shipping) with NO purchase required.
It is nice to know that there are companies out there that still value their customers!
