We have a Keurig coffee maker and we drink lots and lots of coffee (as in, you need to be nuts to piss us off). Went to Coffee Giant to buy Green Mountain K-cups cause they had a "special offer." Buy 5 boxes and get the 6th one free. I selected my 5 boxes, put in the discount code, and was charged for 5 boxes. I figured they would send the 6th, just weren't putting it on the invoice. Well, no 6th box. Their explanation: I should have picked 6 boxes and they would have removed the charge for the 6th box at checkout. Huh? Since I picked 5 and put in the code for the special offer, one would think they might have had some slight clue that I was going for, I don't know, THE SPECIAL OFFER.
