I am still in the hospital. I had a very large surgery. My husband purchased a jade bonsai. He had a $40 GC.
Somehow i received a squished built a bear. We called ftd.com. The customer service agent was very very rude.
I have ordered flowers from ftd sine i was 16 yrs old. This was a terrible ordeal. We lost money on this purchase. Also we had 2 $20 GC that we were told would be stackable. I would be happy if ftd could honor both GC and let us order the jade bonsai. R we just cant use ftc. Again. Our email: [email protected].
