My husband purchased me a jade bangle from the website fareastjade.com. When we received the bangle, it was not the bangle that he ordered. We sent the bangle back and asked Far East Jade to send us the correct bangle. When we received the bangle, it was too large for my wrist. I emailed Anna at Far East Jade.com to ask if I could return the item for a full refund. She said that once she had received the item, she would refund my husband's pay pal account and would also credit him for the shipping cost. The bangle was sent back to the company and received on December 19 and to this day, my husband has not received the refund. I have called and emailed the company repeatedly for 3 weeks and have not received an answer.
