My name is cindy bard. Imoved 1 yr ago and changed my address with you and i was receiving your bills up until may or june. Then evidently your billing dept. Decided to change? My address to 34th st.in greeley. I have never lived there! You blamed in on my exhusband changing his address thru post office but you weren't even sending them to him in waterloo, iowa. Why would you change it to 34th st in greeley? During that same! Week i was trying to lock into my house loan. I tried to get you to cancel the late charge on my credit but you wouldn't because i had used my card since iwas 30 days late (i didn't know! I was 30 days late!) you had my email why didn't you try to get ahold of me that way instead of tracking me down to my exhusbands address in iowa? You lowered my credit rating enough that i have to pay a higher interest rate and more monthly payment. I have been a loyal! Customer of yours since my family called kohl;s my second home - and i have never! Been late on my payment before. I am soo upset and dissappointed in the way you have treated me (like a delinquent) that i have cancelled my card with you and will find another 2nd home. Shame on you! I know its no concern of yours but you have effected the next 30 yrs. Of my life and most of it is just the principe of the matter. Cindy bard
