On August 11 USA Voicemail under OAN charges appeared on my bill without authorization on my part or notification on Verizon's part. This would have been automatically paid and forgotten about if it wasn't for the fact that I always check the details of my bills. The fact that Verizon just pass these fradulent charges on their bills without any responsibility on their part is amazing. The fact that they can aide and abet this confidence game is criminal.
