i have bought a new traxxas revo on july 13th, and the nitro engine that comes with the revo had major trouble right out of the box. So i phoned traxxas support and got some help but i still had trouble with the nitro engine that comes on the traxxas revo. After spending some time on the phone with support they told me to ship the engine backfor warranty support"
So i retuned the engine to traxxas for support, and hers what they told me.
The backing plate was on backwards meaning it was put together wrong from the factory... So this cuased my engine to overheat and it also voided my warranty! So i had to pay 105$ for a new engine and the customer support was little to none...
I spent 507$ on the trasxxas revo when it was released back in july... And the engine lasted 3 weeks and i did not receive the cusotmer support like i wanted. Lousy product!!
