RC Billing Overcharges, Holds Funds in Limbo

I RMAd a speed controller to Traxxas in March that had caught fire. Traxxas said the part was on back order. After 7 weeks of consistent calling, I finally had located one at Traxxas. They shipped it to me for free as an apology for the lengthy back order.in the calls, I was told multiple times I would be called back, they would research something, and call me. NEVER got a single returned call. But I got my part finally, Yay. Now the problem.

Traxxas billing department royally screwed up and sent a second ESC today via FedEx. They charged me for this one too. So I called Traxxas, they admitted the mistake, and vowed to fix it. My problem is how they plan to resolve it.

According to Traxxas, they will call FedEx (its Friday night btw) and request the shipment stopped and reversed. So Monday morning it will be back to them. Now he says he will then have to process it as a return and then credit my account within a week. WTF? My bank account is now short a large amount until you feel like giving me my money back for your mistake? They should bear the burden of limbo for the product, not me. I didnt order it, want it, need it, or agree to it. They wrongfully charged me, and now Im stuck without needed money because they can.
