It was a bit chaotic, especially with the Holiday season coming up, and that is why I made sure to buy my gifts as early as December 3rd. Two weeks had gone by, and I have not received my shipment, apparently they still haven't shipped it. Customer service didn't know what was going on, they said they would call back and they didn't, luckily I emailed Christine, and she did a great job caring and making sure I received my order in time. She really made up for the mess I was in by expediting my order. Thanks Christine!!!
