I completed my order 1/29. I checked on line and my order appeared to be lost. I went online to access 24hr customer service. What a joke that was. Two seperate submissions, no reply. I then called. Apparently i was lucky enough to get Christine. Without her help, I'm not sure i would have gotten anywhere. I do know that because of Christine I may just shop here again. She saved you a customer. The only explanation for the 2week delay was a lack of response from the warehouse supervisor. There are plenty of people willing to work, maybe you should start accepting applications.
