Shortly after Christmas I ordered a couple autographed photos from Sports Memorabilia after having positive experiences with this company in the past. After a few weeks and no status update I called only to be told the there was a backlog from Christmas and my order would process in a few days. When the status hadn't changed after 10 days I called again and got Christine who informed me that the warehouse no longer had the main item I was looking for. She offered some other options but I really wasn't interested and she promptly refunded my order. About 20 days later I received and e-mail from Christine, remembering our previous conversation, explaining that additional inventory of the item I had original purchased had been found, and wanted me to know in case I was still interested. I have worked in the Customer Service industry for a long time and by far and away Christine's thoughtfulness and attention to detail was second to none. Christine provided me continuous updates about my ordered and continued to check in with me until it was received. She single handedly changed my opinion of this vendor and I will likely shop there again because of her. I am grateful to have gotten her on the phone when I called a second time and am extremely satisfied with the product, but even more so with her service. Sport Memorabilia you have an outstanding customer service rep in Christine.
