On 9/27 I contacted direct Tv company to see if I can save money by switching to them. The representative told me I must give my SS number and my bank account to see if I qualify or not. One hour later I found out that I am not allowed to have a Satellite dish at my apartment complex. So, I called direct TV company back to cancel my order and they gave me a cancelation number 173513040. On 9/28 I found out that they took over $30 from my bank account. I called them back and they said the order is canceled and should get my money back. They still sending me email without confirming my cancelation.
