I was ripped off by this company. The rep was rhett turner. Phone number was 888-377-1675. No answer when i call. He knocked at my door. He had on a direct tv shirt and told me he can change my account over to dish network no charge at all. No cancelation fee. He said they work for both. That should have been my first sign. He said his office would take care of everything. The most he said would be is 30.00. I just started a new account 2 months ago with direct and was having problems. So i decided to go with it. No such office. Cant get the phone number from dish network of who signed me up. They have no record. So now i have to pay direct tv a 300.00 cancelation fee. Ripped off by star satellite llc, corporate headquarters, chino hills, ca 91709. At least i did get my equipment and everything works fine.
