I guess we should feel lucky, b/c we do have a machine, and UTech has up to now been able to fix any problems we had. Unfortunately, since AED has gone AWOL in the last few days, our credit card processing no longer works, rendering the machine unusable.
Does anyone out there have a machine that was working, but that has recently stopped processing the credit cards? We don't know if this is a problem with AED or our machine. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, we would appreciate suggestions/contacts. Apparently there is an "intermediary" b/t IC Verify and BankCard that was owned or operated by AED, and this has caused the problem, but we can't get anymore info than that. Can anyone verify or add to this explanation or recommmend how to get the system running again?
