I ordered a case of Pittsburgh Steelers floor mats from this company in August. I received them in a timely manner. However, they were in horrible condition. None of the yellow carpet tiles were the same color and can not be used.
The company's website states they will accept products back but the consumer has to pay the cost. I don't think so! I have been trying since mid August to contact this company but to no avail. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB of New Jersey. Of course no surprise the company has not responded to the BBB.
All I want is to receive my money back at this point.in the beginning I wanted to exchange the product, but at this point I only want my money back. This company is a HUGE rip off!!! It would be nice if someone would at least contact me back so I know my concerns are being heard. With service like this, this company should be out of business in no time!
