We bought a two piece sifa group that are recliners from this store. We did not notice any problem until three years had passed. Now we have leather splitting in two places on the three cushion part of the furniture and the under support of that same piece is falling apart. The store will do nothing, the customer service is the same. Robotic and uncaring. You would think in these tough business times, they would cater to their customers. Not Ashley Furniture Homestore, Pinellas Park, Fla. I will never but there again.
