I called nextel on 9/10 to order phones and discuss rates, they sold me two phones and rate plans, when i got the phones (9/14) i called to acctivate them, they were turned on on 9/15. The plans could not be applied to our phones so i need to pick different plans. On 9/23 i got the bill, they charged for service from 9/10 on the plansthat wouldn't work, and the rate of 29.99 that they said was changed to 35.99. That is on two phones for a year. The 5 day rate was about $50 and 6x2x12=$144. A total loss of 194.00 in a year.
I called to complain and i filed a report. They called back 5 days later a left a message on my home phone while i was at work, "no credits will be issued" I tried to call and ask for a supervisor, they refused to let me talk to one, he said i had to go threw the problem with him first, then he would decide if I would be allowed to talk to the supervisor. I hung up, after 5 hour of phone time to order, turn on, and dispute charges i can only say how dissapointed i am in this company!
