I moved from California to Florida. When my boxes were received I was in tears because of the significant damage to them. Multiple items were broken and pictures were taken. I was told to file a claim with the company and to provide them pictures so I could be reimbursed. When I attempted this, email addresses that had worked up to that point were suddenly bouncing back with the message: "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently." Voicemails were left and no one returned my phone calls.
