I have discovered a charge on my phone bill that I did not authorize and will not pay for. I undersdtand I am not the only one. I have reported this to SBC and they have given me credit for now, and I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau in my hometown. I did not authorize any use of my private phone number to have voice mail. I already have caller ID and call waiting.
If I want to know who called me while I was out I check my answering machine. This company needs to be stopped before someone sues them for breach of privacy, which I will do if they continue to bill me for services I have not authorized, and they seem to be some sort of hacker to use someones phone number for charges without permission.
