I purchased the crystal clear sure sound monitor approx two years ago and it was replaced within the year due to a fault. Now once again I am finding that the monitor is alarming for no fault of my baby, it is not using battery power, just output power, I have re set the monitor but it hasn't helped, and i cannot submit a form to the company itself as it won't allow me too!!! I now lie in Ireland and therefore will have to make a call costing me more money to see if they wil yet again replace a product not fit for purpose!!!
