Sonovious Bank, Columbus Bank refused credit to my account, rejected direct deposit

Last week I received a credit from an incorrect charge. Greendot refused to credit the account, although they had received authorization to do so from the creditor in writing to add the funds back in. It took 5 hours of phone calls, manager and finally finding a way to corporate to have this added back to my account in the amount of $420.73.

Today my company Microsoft attempted a direct deposit and it was rejected by Greendot. My company has direct deposited my check for the last 16 months to Greendot without a problem. However, this was a bonus for a total deposit of $14,062.19 Greendot rejected the deposit based on an undisclosed policy of a maximum of a $10,000 direct deposit to them. I now have to wait until they process the rejection and notify my employer. From there its another 5-7 business days til I will then receive a paper check from my employer. What bank in the world refuses money? This makes no sense to me or anyone I have spoken to and has caused a great hardship for my family.

Do not use them for any services. They are shady, rude and have no remorse for the action they perform.
