I purchased a replica Rolex from this website because they promoted a 2 year warranty on their product.
The bracelet was broken when it arrived so I emailed them. They said I had to send $25 usd for them to send a new bracelet. After some negotiating they sent a bracelet for 'free' however the bracelet was the wrong type and does not fit.
I contacted them again and they wanted more money which I refused. The oyster spot came off, then the bezel broke and more recently the second hand has snapped off.
The final straw was the date getting jammed between dates.
For obvious reasons I do not wear the watch and have been chasing them for a refund however they do not reply to my emails.
This whole exercise is thoroughly disappointing and I feel mislead and ripped off.
I do not recommend anyone purchases from this site as they do not back the warranty and references from the web pages.
As I am based in New Zealand I feel they think they can just ignore my communication. I have since purchased another watch from an alternate website - I hope I am not as disappointed again.
