Faulty android tablet - bo vida electronics

I purchesd a 7' tablet through k.G. B deals in november keyboard would not connect to tablet
then the screen would freeze until it run out of battarie. I sent it back to bo vida at the end of febuary i have been trying to get in touch via email without any reply
