I bouth three shamballa bracelets from groupon on 23 rd dec. Groupon debited my card and sent me a voucher code to redeem on the bo vida website. I got a confirmation email that the goods will be with me within 10 -15 days.
Today is the 30th and still no bracelet. I have been ringing daily since 19th and each time someone takes my email down and assures me they will email me back witha tracker number. Is this company a professional company or are they a scam. My ordr number is 12715.
