Warning to all government check recipients, Do not use this service! This service is supposed to be economical and save paper and time! Bullshit! Seems every time you want to use the website its down! When you call customer support you cannot get through the automated system using the options? I only got thru when I used the report lost or stolen card? I did report this problem at the time! Has not been fixed? We will be looking into another direct deposit option. Today is one of those days the website is not responding, Ck deposit day! I wld not reccomend this service to anybody. We have been a member for over 1 year and they still have no bill pay set up! Very poor customer service at best! So beware of the poor customer service and slow website response when paying your bills or trying to transfer funds to your bank with this service to pay bills on time!
