I ordered the Dark Shadowscollection two of the DVD's did not play. I emailed them several times for replacemetnts. They never did replace them

In november i order the box set of dark shadows. One of the dvd's wouldn't play the other one was a repeat. I emailed dvd bliss they said they would replace them, they never did. Since then i have sent numerous emails and they never answered.
