We called to cancel my dogs grooming appointment more then 24 hours before his appointment.
To only deal with a man yelling and being very rude, to top it off they sent us a bill saying it was not enough notice. This was the worst and most unprofessional busness we have ever dealt with.
I myself own a small busness and would never treat a costumer like this.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... PLEASE BEWARE!!! There many good grooming companies out there, for me, just not this one.
