We have been taking our 3 dogs to Petsmart for grooming every six months and have been spening $100 a month on grooming alone. We took our oldest cocker to have him groomed today and were paying for express grooming. He was curly but not badly matted. He had a couple of knots in each ear. Different groomers than usual were in the store. A woman groomer was rude and unprofessional. She said she'd only shave him off. Obviously she had no will to spend a few extra minutes with our dog! My husband complained to the manager, and he took her side without even looking at our dog. He said HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY WE SPENT! We have regularly bought dog food and parrot food there, as well as food and bedding for 2 Guinea pigs and 6 mice. Bedding alone is very expensive. We have already found another place for grooming and pet supplies. It didn't seem like a lot to request a cocker cut. We felt like our business meant absolutely nothing to Petsmart and felt like the manager snubbed our complaint.
