I go to petsmart for grooming. My groomer is very sweet and I like what she does. I had an appointment for grooming a couple of mondays ago. Sunday I get a knock on my door. An employee (not the groomer who did my dog before) stood at my door, telling me I needed to call petsmart because they couldn't get a hold of me in regards to my appointment. I felt completely violated. I recognized her as one of the twins that works there and my neighbors told me the other twin stayed in the car, watching the house. (they said she looked like she expected a bust!). I gave my address to petsmart because I thought they needed it in the computer as a reference, not to stalk me! I will not go back. I didn't call them, and I didn't show up to my appointment. I don't recommend NOT going to them! The twins will stalk you!!! I'm surprised they are still working there, considering they violate customer information!!!
