An unauthorized charge listed under Other Providers from ILD Teleservices on behalf of iTech PC in the amount of 12.95 appeared on my January Verizon bill. I never heard of the company, let alone allowed 3rd party billing through Verizon.
I called the number listed on my bill and got reconnected to various parties a few times, before finally getting a voice mail box. I left a voice mail regarding the disputed charges and contacted Verizon about the same. Verizon removed the charges and after some discussion, let me know I could put a third party billing block on my account, which I immediately did. I recommend everyone do this.
