Spiegel Card Processing Center
Ripoff will not report to credit bureau my -0- Balance for 1 yea

I paid my Spiegel Card off in June and Card services will not update the credit bureaus accordingly. I wrote 3 certified R/R letters and still nothing. I have reported to BBB and State AG's office. Total disregard for customers. I will never even buy Spiegel Again...!
