After shopping in your stores for years I made a size mistake the first time I tried your online store only to find out later that you do not provide postage paid labels. I only ship online with companies I trust and was very disappointed when I was told by your customer service manager Paulo that I had to ship my package via UPS for tracking and that my size mistake was going to cost me $21.18 to ship to KT! For your type of brand prepaid labels are industry standard. I won't make the mistake of trusting your brand again.
