We used magic jack with no problem for a while but they began find ways
to cause us to buy other services making their claim to benefits such as free calls
was untrue and deceptive techniques used to force us to purchase additional services.
It is class action because they refuse reasonable clicking off from customer service.
At one point We found that we could no longer use a calling card to call international.
We discovered that magicJack had stopped connecting to many telephone numbers.
All other voip systems were excluded from access and conference calls not allowed.
After the auto renewal of magic jack the international rates went sky high.
I have changed service and have much savings.
Magicjack has lost it's magic.
