I applied for a deal and received a confirmation at the end that I had the tickets. 15 min later, I receive an email stating that I needed to change my other credit card as the default credit card. I did this however I was not receiving a confirmation voucher. I repurchased the tickets several times and I sent an email to customer service. I was still not receiving a confirmation email eventhough I received confirmation on the site that they were purchased. Customer service did not reply until 10 hours later. Now the deal is sold out for the date that I wanted. I will not be using Living Social again. Stick to Groupon or Bloomspot in the future.
