I purchased a voucher through Living Social for a Ten-Foot USB Data Cable for iPhone from Widget Love through Livingsocial. I received an email from them on confirming my order and explaining that my package would be shipped in 2 - 3 business days and I should expect my order to arrive in 3 - 5 weeks. I received a second email from Widget Love with my shipping confirmation and tracking number. I emailed Widget Love on inquiring about my package as it still hadn't arrived and I was unable to track it using the information they had provided. Having received no response I picked up the phone and called the number they list on their website. I was put on hold due to "high call volume." Moments later the recorder said they couldn't take my call, and then hung up on me. I have still yet to receive any response from Widget Love. I have reported them to Living Social and requested a refund for the transaction, as I purchased it from Livingsocial.com.
