They offered a "deal" that was no different from the hotel website and said I had until it processed to cancel. I began to try to cancel right away but livingsocial website would not let me contact them. The deal had still not processed but they will not do anything to help. I'm out $327 because the hotel was not the place I thought it was and I am nowhere near that location.
Their customer service is AWFUL. They don't really give a crap about their customers. They even used an expired credit card and told me to take it up with the credit card company!!
