I'd been having numerous poor support encounter with Insect Bear over a training course of 24 months. Having numerous Administrators emerge apologizing for there specialists and telephone providers. I had been no further in something agreement however they kept calling me. I told them-not in the future out to my home. After I switched them along within the telephone three times, they turned up to my residence while I had been not house, or did I-say they might emerge. They handled my garden and left a statement. I named them saying they'd no acceptance ahead out. The telephone support person stated " sorry we shall take away the cost." That they did for around 2 weeks. They sent me a statement. I named them & the owner stated, " nicely if no body replies the telephone, we shall simply appear and do the applying and statement you." Again I stated they'd no acceptance from me to come quickly to my home and that I won't spend the statement. They've today delivered it to some selection organization. They organization is ran with a couple of revolving workers which have no idea what they're doing. Not the telephone people, not the area technicians, or the administrators. Don't utilize Insect Bear! They'll constantly screw up your consideration, change specialists that not understand how to handle your lawn, and certainly will not maintain normal administrators or support technicians used
