Ripoff sent damaged items tried to return won't refund my money

They said I was a 'Valued Customer'! What a joke! My first time making a return, and they refuse to make it right!

The items they sent were damaged and didn't work! I even had to pay for the shipping, and they refuse to refund me any of it!!! BEWARE of these GREEDY Thieves!!!
