I had the same thing happen to me with an $82 gift subscription to a British magazine. Complaints to their customer service, which I have made repeatedly, fall into a black hole!

I had exactly the same issue after successfully starting a gift subscription to a British magazine. After charging me $82 last year, not one issue has been delivered. Complaints to their customer service fall into a black hole and never get a response. They very conveniently have not number at which to contact them.
