Macintosh Guru/Todd Davidson claim to be mac experts but my own son at 12 years old was able to fix a problem that they couldnt even figure out after many days of tech work. When I told Todd that my son figured out the problem all he had to say was "hey, your sons a smart kid here's the bill". This guy is totally incompetent, overcharges and needs to take a refresher course on the Mac OS!
