Todd Ingram a well known Horse owner, from Minnesota employs or employed, JUSTIN EVANS, a known doper of race horses as his trainer. TURF PARADISE has SUSPENDED JUSTIN EVANS after busting him for DIRTY tests

TODD INGRAM owns a multitude of race horses, and had JUSTIN EVANS training NUMEROUS race horses for him.
JUSTIN EVANS was CAUGHT NUMEROUS times with "DIRTY" tests for injecting and feeding the animals ILLEGAL and DANGEROUS substances.
