Guru and Freelancer.com. Get his work done and then don't pay for the work. My company has worked with him on his projects, and it has been more than a year he has not paid. On asking for payment, he continued to make excuses, I have all those emails saved on my computer and can be provided to you for your reference to make sure that he is a FRAUD person.
He is always looking to get his work done free, couple of other companies have made same complaints against him.
