A company that has a habit of steeling subcontractors money!
Jamail and Smith has been telling me that they will pay me and it has not happen. This of course comes after they toy me around with promise to pay for 4 months, after a while they give you more then 190 reasons on why they won't pay. After a while they avoid e-mails and finally avoid returning calls. I go to their offices, and they always have excuses on why they don't pay 1. Money will be available in the next 2 weeks 2. The owner has not pay ect... Till today I owe my suppliers money from material used on this project and this of curse will put me out of business. Sad but true how can this be happening to me!!! Don't trust this people they will RIP you OFF too!!!
If you don't want to lose your money do not do business with this construction company, they are not reputable and steel from subcontractors.
BEWARE of doing any subcontracting work with these guys and do everything in your power to avoid them getting any future contracts for I sure am.
