Today, july 25, I was very surprised to see that my Master Card account is charged with two counts of $39.95 for July 9 and July 16,12 as services rendered by the company Intelius or people finder. They have dared to charge me for services that they have not rendered and that I did not approve of. I went into their website, People Finder, because it advertised that it was free. I entered two names that I am searching for but this company could not give me any personal information or where I could find them. First, it said that there would be a charge of $. 95 cents for the information. That is why I entered my card number. When I saw what they were trying to do, I immediately cancelled the transaction. Now, they have entered two charges to my credit card and their service of $39.95 is supposed to be for six month or more. I did not get the information which was supposed to be free and now I have to wait two months for the company of my credit card to do an investigation. This is causing me money, frustration and interest on my credit card. People Finder is a fraud and should be taken off the internet. I bet it is getting rich with these schemes.
