I had purchased a set of wedding bands for roughly $600 less than a year ago and sent them back to be repaired on three different occasions. The last time I sent them I asked for a refund and they told me no. Then had asked for replacement rings and they told me no.
The rings had all cracked in the spot. Along the side of the bands in a zig zag manner.
